"An Alternative JOB"

Hello There..

As you can see many people now are looking for a great job but unfortunately only some of them success and filled with their plan. One of the reason why many peoples are unenployed that is because of :

1. Undergraduated - As usual, If you are undergraduate its hard to find job because you must compete to almost 10 billions graduates in your country. And as for employer they will choose the higher quality employee. Most of them, Majority they will choose graduates.



2. Course un -appropriate ( Un-demand courses ) - Many College Graduates (Majority) suffer with this kind of problem. Mweow!!! Actually I am one of them. Its starts with choosing a course for college. Mostly some highschool students do not know or confius what will they take for their college. Because they don't know what they really want and what fields may their find its skill that they can excel. Some cases they take one course because they are influewenced by others. eg.,Parents 100% , Friends 83% , HighSchool Course Program 34% . But Unfortunately some children failed in what course they take because of that. For that reason, its hard to find job that they can be enjoy and excel on it. As saying said: " If you don't like what you do, Laziness will come after you!"(musika-nico blog2008). In Addition, some courses they taken are not really in demand in working industry. Some courses that may affect the employee to lessen the range of opportunities on finding jobs.



3. Job un - appropriate - In Majority of employment system especially here in far eastern countries. Employee apply a job to work but in un-proffesional term. Why? because Mostly the job availability is taking down based on the statistics. It range between 36% (August 2007 - April 2008) with a ratio of 3.6:7(employee in billion). So many employee take only the opportunities in available job offers.Though the available job is not appropriate of course they have. It makes them un-proffesional.



4. Un Confident employee - Mweow!!! Many employee are this. They have a certificate of college diploma; but unfortunately they have no guts to compete with other employee.Mweow!!! Its hard to think that many are like this. They only depends on refferals from their friends. But sadly to say many of them failed. Because they have no confidence that can bring them up in their career. With a factor of laziness of course. They are afraid to utilize their skill. And surf above their limits.Explore the magnitude of life! whew!!! Its sad to think they are many of them.



5. Un resourceful - Actually they are also in many. This kind of employee only take one job. But they have no resourceful attitude to find more soure of money. This days its hard to find a quality and high paying jobs. So for them it looks their career is so slow to improve.

This days we must find job to work so that we can apeal resources for our income and for our daily needs. But many of you are not really assure in what we are gaining from our jobs. So we must be think another alternatives that may supplement the needs, source of money. One factor is first we must be Smart, Resourceful, Patient.

I want to share this also for those who are interested making alternative source of making money. Many programs here in the internet offers this kind of alternative. so I want to share it for you guys.
